1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 996/2016.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order under contempt has been purged. Hence, he is not pressing this contempt petition.
