1. During the course of hearing, while Ms Anjali Minocha, Advocate sought adjournment on behalf of the designated counsel for the applicant, perusal of record reveals that during hearing held on 19/9/2024, Mr RS Bhadauria, the then designated counsel for the applicant prayed for time to seek necessary instructions in this matter. Further, on subsequent hearings held on 29/1/2015 and again on 06/8/2025, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. Today also, none appears on behalf of the applicant.
2. In view of the foregoing, consistent non representation either by the applicant himself or through a designated counsel on his behalf clearly shows that the applicant is not desirous of and/or inclined to pursue this Application.
3. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record.
