Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate forum against the decision of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mungeli on the representation submitted by petitioner pursuant to the order dated 3.7.2026 passed in WPC No.6620/2025.
