1. The present Writ Petition (Cr.) has been filed by the petitioner praying for registration of FIR against the officers of the Municipal Corporation, respondents No. 4 to 7 alleging that the authorities have wrongly made survey report violating the direction issued by this Court in WPC No. 4626 of 2025.
2. The petitioner in person would submit that the respondents have wrongly assessed the property tax to the tune of Rs. 12,00,000/-. He has filed WPT No. 151/2026 challenging the alleged tax which is pending consideration before this Court. He would further submit that he has filed complaint before the police station against these officers but no action has been taken by the police.
3. Considering the submission made by the petitioner and the fact that the matter with regard to fixation of the property tax is sub-judice before this Court in WPT No. 151/2026, therefore, no case is made out for interference at this stage and accordingly no direction for registration of FIR can be issued against the respondents No. 4 to 7.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the present WPCR is dismissed. Sd/-/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Sd/- (Sudhir Kumar) Judge Deshmukh
