1. During the course of hearing, none appears on behalf of the Applicant.
2. On perusal of previous Orders on this matter on record, it reveals that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 09/11/2023, while none appears on behalf of the applicant, the matter got adjourned by the proxy counsel for the applicant on the next date of hearing held on 27/2/2025. Also, during the hearing held on 07/1/2026, Mr Rameshwar Lal, Advocate undertook to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the applicant, however, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 21/4/2026, Mr Rameshwar Lal, Advocate has pleaded no instructions in this matter and, hence, backtracked the earlier statement made on 07/1/2026. In the absence of either the applicant himself or a designated counsel on his behalf to pursue the matter, it was deemed appropriate to adjourn the matter to be listed after a month for passing appropriate orders. Despite giving adequate time, today also none appears on behalf of the applicant.

3. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that the applicant is not serious and is not inclined to pursue this Application. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
4. File be consigned to record.
