1. Learned counsel for respondents submits that the order, subject matter of contempt, has been complied with. Representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered and decided on 10.11.2023 and a copy of the decision taken on the representation is filed as Annexure R-1.
2. In view of aforementioned facts of the case and considering that the decision has already been taken on the representation of petitioner, as ordered by this Court vide order dated 29.9.2023 in WPC No.4296/2023, I am of the view of that the order under contempt has been complied with.
