1. This is an office reference initiated on the request letter dated 11.09.2026 received from the First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur whereby they sought extension of time to decide the Civil Suit No. 893A/2022 pending before it.
2. It transpires from the order dated 20.03.2026 passed by this Court in WP227 No. 335/2026 that the learned Family Court was directed to expedite the hearing of the case and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within further period of six months from the next date fixed before it. The learned Family Court sent a request letter for extension of time with the averment that the applicant and his witnesses has already been examined, however, during the trial, either parties have taken time for producing of their witnesses. The examination-in-chief in the form of affidavit has also been submitted by the non-applicant and another application under Order 8 Rule 1A(3) read with Section 151 of CPC has also been filed by her, therefore, the learned Family Court has sought extension of time to conclude the proceedings.
3. On due consideration, further two months time from today is granted to the learned Family Court, Bilaspur to decide the Civil Suit No. 893A/2022 pending before it.
4. The MCC is disposed of. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) JUDGE Sumit
