**ORDER**
**28.04.2026**
1. 1. None present for the Applicant.
2. 2. It is apparent from record that with the passing away of designated Counsel for the Applicant, it was deemed appropriate to issue Notice to the applicant in this matter for his personal appearance or through a designated counsel for pursuing the matter, if so desired. Despite Notice dated 09/12/2025 having been received by the applicant on 04/1/2026 as has been endorsed by the applicant on the receipted copy of the Notice, none appears on behalf of the applicant. Moreover, a fresh Notice dated 09/1/2026 was also issued to the applicant for his personal appearance or through a designated Counsel on 28/4/2026, ie, today. However, neither the applicant nor any designated counsel on his behalf appears before the Bench.
3. 3. In view of the foregoing and since adequate opportunity has been afforded to the applicant to pursue his matter either personally or through a designated counsel, by way of issuing Notices to him, non appearance in this matter either by the applicant or through a designated counsel clearly shows that applicant is not desirous of pursuing this Application.
- 4. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
