1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and set aside the impugned order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the Board of Revenue, Bilaspur (C.G.) sitting at Raipur (C.G.) sitting at Raipur (C.G.) in Revenue Case No. RN./04/R/A-27/229/2019, in the interest of justice.
10.2 Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances may also be provided to the petitioners.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
