1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned CEO, Jila Panchayat, Khairagarh- Chhuikhadan Gandai.
2. Permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If such an application is filed before the concerned CEO, Jila Panchayat, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, the concerned CEO is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and do the needful in accordance with law.
