dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 22.09.2026.
2. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant as also for the reasons assigned in the application, we deem it appropriate to allow this MCC. Accordingly, the order dated 22.09.2026 passed in FA-393-2016 is hereby recalled. FA- 393-2016 is restored to its original number.
