1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made a complaint against the concerned Sarpanch; however, by efflux of time, the tenure of the said Sarpanch has come to an end. In view of the subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
