1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 2093/2019.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition as the better constituted petition has already been filed.
