1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petiton is filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing the summoning order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) in Criminal Complaint No. 5592/2025 for the offences punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1996.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition at this stage.
