1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file
(FA(MAT) No. 316 of 2026) appropriate proceedings. He also prays for return of the certified copies of the documents filed along with the appeal.
2. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
