1. At the outset learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court, subject matter of contempt petition, has been complied with, but with delay.
2. Submission of learned counsel for the respondent is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. She, however, submits that the order was complied with belatedly.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any good ground to continue this contempt petition any further.
4. Accordingly, contempt proceeding initiated against respondent is dropped. Notice issued to respondent stands discharged.
