1. During the course of hearing, Proxy Counsel for the Applicant submits that during pendency of the OA, prayer of the applicant with regard to grant of benefit of rounding off of his disability element of disability pension has already been extended to him and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents.
2. In view of the steadfast statement of the proxy counsel for the applicant at the Bar with regard to relief having been received by him, this OA has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
