1. Applicants have preferred this application under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No. 87/2026 registered at Police Station – Singhoda, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1) & 3(5) of the BNS.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the applicants has not disclosed all the criminal antecedents of the applicant No. 1 in the bail application.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file better constituted application.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicants, this bail application is dimisssed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
