1. Learned counsel for the State objects with regard to the maintainability of this criminal miscellaneous petition on the ground that the petitioner has not approached appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances as raised in this petition and has directly filed this petition before High Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by learned counsel for the State, he will move an application before appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance(s) of petitioner.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty with the petitioner to file an appropriate application before appropriate forum, in accordance with the provisions prescribed under the BNSS, 2023.
