1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to register an FIR against respondents No. 3 to 7. However, upon careful perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has not approached the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur (C.G.), in this regard.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur (C.G.), in accordance with law.
