4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that on 12.08.2026, he was engaged in another Court and, therefore, could not remain present when the matter was called for hearing.
5. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the cause shown in the present petition, this Court is inclined to restore ACQA No.10/2019.
6. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed, and ACQA No. 10/2019 is directed to be restored to its original number.
