1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the departmental enquiry, the petitioner has been terminated vide or- der dated 30.12.2019.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is dis- missed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at lib- erty to assail the order dated 30.12.2019 in accordance with law.
