1. None appears on behalf of the Applicant.

2. It is evident that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 16/7/2025, Mr SK Balwada, Advocate who was representing case of the applicant pleaded no instructions and, hence, Registry was directed to issue Notice to the applicant at his given address for his personal appearance or through a designated counsel on his behalf. However, despite Notice dated 17/7/2025 in pursuance of ibid Order having been served upon the applicant, none appeared on behalf of the applicant on two consecutive occasions in the past on 29/10/2025 and 15/12/2025. None appears on behalf of the applicant today also.

3. In view of the foregoing, non representation either by the applicant himself or through a designated counsel on his behalf today clearly shows that the applicant is not desirous of pursuing this Application.

4. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record.
