1. Under Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act 2007, the applicant has filed this OA praying for directing the Respondents to grant rounding off of his war injury element from the existing 20% to 50% wef 01/1/1996 for life to the applicant.

2. Perusal of record reveals that during the pendency of the OA, the Respondents have filed an additional affidavit with regard to grant of relief as prayed for by the applicant, ie, rounding off of War Injury Element from 30% to 50% wef 01/1/1996 for life by enclosing a copy of PPO dated 05/12/2018 issued in this matter.
3. In view of the relief having been extended to the applicant by the Respondents during the pendency of the OA, this OA has become infructuous and the OA is dismissed as infructuous.
