1. Heard on I.A. No.01/2026, application for condonation of delay in filing the instant MCC.
2. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 255 days in filing the MCC is hereby condoned.
3. This MCC has been filed for restoration of MAC No.1550 of 2016, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2025.
4. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of MAC No.1550 of 2016.
5. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed. Registry is directed to restore MAC No.1550 of 2016 to its original number.
6. Resultantly, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
