1. Heard on IA No.01/2026 an application for condonation of delay in filing of MCC.
2. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the application, the delay of 241 days in filing the MCC is hereby condoned.

4. This MCC has been filed seeking restoration of TAX Case No.173/2025 (The Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax vs. M/s NR TMT (India) Pvt. Ltd.) which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 11.09.2025.
5. For the reasons stated in the MCC, the same is allowed. Order dated 11.09.2025 passed by this Court is recalled. TAX Case
No.173/2025 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
