1. Heard.
2. This MCC has been filed seeking modification in order dt. 05.05.2026, passed in MCC-390-2026 (Raja Gupta vs. Prem Shankar shukla), whereby due to inadvertence and typographical error in last line of Para-4 the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- before the High Court State Bar Library Fund” has wrongly been typed in place of the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- before the High Court Bar Association for

library fund”. As such, to that extend, order dt. 05.05.2026 is liable to be modified.
3. In that view of the matter, since its a typographical error it is held that the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- before the High Court State Bar Library Fund” occurred in last line of Para-4 of the order dated 05.05.2026, passed in MCC-390-2026 shall be substituted with the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- before the High Court Bar Association for library fund”. It is ordered accordingly.
4. Accordingly, with aforesaid modification in the order dt. 05.05.2026, the MCC stands disposed of.
