1. During the course of hearing, Proxy counsel for the Applicant submits that the prayer of the applicant in this matter with regard to grant of rounding off benefits of his disability element of disability pension from 50% to 75% has already been extended to the applicant and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents.
2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter as has been stated by the proxy counsel for the applicant at the Bar, coupled with the affidavit filed by the Respondents, this OA has become infructuous and the OA is dismissedas infructuous.
