O R D E R

22.04.2026

1. The Respondents have filed compliance report along with copy of Corr PPO dt 22.04.2019 and have submitted that the Applicant has already been granted MACP-III benefits. Perusal of Corr PPO reveals that the Grade Pay of the Applicant has been revised from Rs. 2800/- pm to Rs. 4200/- pm, ie., as applicable to the rank of Nb Sub. From the above, it is clear that the relief sought for by the Applicant has already been granted to him and, hence, the OA has become infructuous. Therefore, the OA is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off. However, in case the Applicant still has any grievance with regard to PPO issued in this matter, he shall be at liberty to file afresh before this Tribunal.

2. File be consigned to records.
