1. This petition has been filed for restoration of CRR No.404 of 2017, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026.
2. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CRR No.404 of 2017.
3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to restore CRR No.404 of 2017 to its original number.
4. Resultantly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
