1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate and detailed application before the concerned Appellate Court seeking appropriate relief in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner to deposit of 20% of the cheque amount.
