1. Heard on admission.
2. This petition has been filed for restoration of ACQA No.1108/2024, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2025.
3. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, we are inclined to allow the same.
