1. After arguing for some time, counsel appearing for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this revision with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as provided under the law.

Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.) in Crime No.194/2015 (Annexure-P/2) to counsel for the applicant after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
