1. The Respondents have submitted that the option certificate has been sent to the Applicant to exercise his option on 26.04.2019 and on receipt of the option certificate from the Applicant, the case for fixation of pay shall be processed accordingly. In view of the above, we direct the Respondents to decide the case of the Applicant within a period of four months of receipt of option certificate from the Applicant.
2. The OA stands disposed off accordingly.
3. Copy of the Order be given “Dasti” to Learned Counsels for both the parties.
