1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the Respondents has raised objection to the fact that the residential address furnished by the Applicant in the OA seems to be incorrect. In support of his arguments, he has placed on record a copy of the Order dated 18/2/2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur in DB Civil Writ Petition No 20481/2023. Perusal of ibid Order reflects that the Notice served upon the applicant in response to the ibid Writ Petition filed by the Respondents against the order passed by this Tribunal has been returned unserved for want of fresh and correct address. Moreover, Counel for the Respondents submits that the Hon’ble High Court vide its Order dated 21/8/2024 has passed a stay order in execution of Order passed by this Tribunal.

2. In view of the stay having been granted by the Hon’ble High Court in this matter, this Execution Application is not entertainable at this stage. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired. Counsel for the Applicant is also directed to provide correct address of the applicant to the Counsel for the Respondents.

3. MA Execution application stands disposed off. File be consigned to record.
