1. The Respondents have filed compliance report on 19.10.2023 along with copy of Corrigendum PPO No 232200701663 (Corr No 6) dt 28.07.2023 and have submitted that the pension and pensionary benefits of the Applicant have been released after taking 28 years, six months and 6 days of qualifying service in the rank of Subedar. Thereafter, the matter was listed for hearing on 26.05.2025, however, the same was adjourned at the request of learned Counsel for the Applicant. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, Counsel for the Applicant again sought permission to seek instructions which was vehemently opposed by the Counsel for the Respondents that the Compliance Report has already been filed and nothing remains in the matter on behalf of the Respondents and, hence, the matter has become infructuous.

2. Perusal of Corr PPO placed on record reveals that the Applicant has been granted Service Pension for the rank of Subedar taking into consideration 28 years, six months and six days of Service. Therefore, nothing survives in this matter and the matter is disposed off as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off. However, in case the Applicant has some grievances with regard to his prayer in the OA, he shall be at liberty to file afresh.

3. File be consigned to records.
