1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the applicant submits that relief as prayed for in the OA with regard to grant of Family Pension to the applicant has been extended to the applicant during the pendency of the OA and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents.
2. In view of the compliance in toto having been done by the Respondents this application has become infructuous and the OA is dismissed as infructuous.
