1. During the course of hearing, Senior Panel Consel for the Respondents submits that it is not in dispute that full compliance in accordance with the Order of the Tribunal and as perextant policy on the subjecthas been done and nothing remains on their part. In support of his contention, Senior Panel Counsel has placed on record a copy of calculation sheet, wherein arrears of Rs 96,338/- has been worked out and paid to the applicant, which is taken on record. Further, it is apparent from record that the Respondents had also filed a compliance report on 07/10/2025, wherein it was stated that PPO dated 20/12/2024, in pursuance of Order dated 14/12/2022 passed by this Tribunal, has been issued, granting life time arrears of service element of husband of the applicant wef 01/12/1966 till his demise on 27/7/1992 and thereafter, family pension to the applicant wef 28/7/1992 till widowhood, which is also on record.Contra, Proxy counsel for the applicant controverts the statement made by the Senior Panel Counsel and submits that it is not compliance in toto.
