1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the Respondents submits that the Writ Petition filed by the Respondents before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur against the Order passed by this Tribunal in this matter is pending adjudication by the Hon’ble High Court.
2. In view of this fact, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired.
3. The Application is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record.
