1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents in no uncertain terms submits that in pursuance of Writ Petition filed by the Respondents in this matter, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur, has granted stay in execution of Order dated 03/2/2023 passed by this Tribunal.
2. In view of this fact, at this stage the MA Execution is not maintainable. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application consequent to the final decision of the said DB Civil Writ Petition by the Hon’ble High Court, if so desired.
3. The Application is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record.
