1. During the course of hearing, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the Order passed by this Tribunal has been complied with in toto and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. To substantiate the viewpoints, he has placed on record a copy of letter dated 07/4/2026 of PCDA (P), alongwth a copy of Corrigendum PPO 2 dated 20/3/2026 issued in this regard addressed to the Naval Pension Office, Mumbai, intimating them about the payment of arrears of Rs 6,14,975/- having been remitted to the applicant on 23/3/2026. With regard to compliance of Order dated 21/4/2026 in so far as payment of cost of Rs 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only) imposed to the applicant, Senior Panel Counsel submits that the same shall be complied with upon submission of bank details of the applicant. Copy of the letter placed on record is taken on record.
2. Counsel for the applicant is directed to submit bank details of the applicant to the Respondents to enable them to pay the cost imposed within a period of a fortnight.

3. In view of the foregoing and since compliance in this matter has since been done by the Respondents, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
