MA No 194/2025 in OA No 365/2023
1. Counsel for the applicant has filed MA No 194/2025 in OA No 365/2023 praying for restoration of OA No 365/2023 against the backdrop of Order dated 03/4/2025 on the ground that the arrears of payment as entitled to the applicant has not been paid to the applicant till date. Perusal of record reveals that vide Order dated 03/4/2025, this Tribunal has disposed off the application of the applicant as infructuous based on the strength of the statement made by the counsel for the Respondents that e-ppo has already been issued and nothing remains on their part.

2. In view of the compliance with regard to payment having not been done in this matter, as stated by the counsel for the applicant, the OA is restored to its original Number. Counsel for the applicant is directed to implead the Respondent PDA in this matter within a period of a week as a Respondent in this matter. Upon doing so, Registry shall issue Notice to them through Registered Post in addition to ordinary mode, returnable within one month.
3. List the matter after eight weeks.
OA 366/2023 with MA 576/2023, MA 380/2024 & MA 193/2025
4. With regard to OA No 366/2023 filed by Ex Dfr Bhanwar Kathat, Counsel for the Respondents submits that compliance has already been done in this matter and nothing remains on their part. In support of their contention, Respondents have also filed a compliance report in this regard, which is on record. Counsel for the Applicant has also conceded to the statement made by the Counsel for the Respondents.
5. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter, this OA has become infructous and the file be consigned to record.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
