1. None appears on behalf of the Applicant.
2. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Respondents placed on record copy of PPO No 201201200163 dt08.03.2024 and Pension Slip of the Applicant for the month of March 2024 and submitted thatthe benefit of MACP-III as sought for by the Applicant in the OA has already been granted to the Applicant and nothing survives in this matter and, hence, the OA has become infructuous. Perusal of Pension Slip for the month of March 2024 reveals that the arrears amounting of Rs. 5,15,681/- have already been paid to the Applicant. In view of the above and also the statement made at Bar by the Learned Counsel for the Respondents, the OA is dismissed as infructuous.
