1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has expired in the month of Nov 2025 and he proposes to bring LR of the Applicant on record. Contra to him, Learned Counsel for the Respondents (R4) has stated on Bar that the relief sought for has already been extended to the Applicant in Nov 2023 itself and, hence, the matter has become infructuous. Counsel for the Applicant does not controvert the statement. Since the Applicant has expired and nothing survives in the matter, the OA stands abated.
