O R D E R

12.03.2026

1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondent submits that relief as prayed for in the OA has already been extended to the Applicant and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. In support of his contention, counsel for the Respondents has placed on record a copy of the Pension Slip for the months of December 2025 and February 2026 of the applicant, wherein the arrears of third MACP benefits admissible to the late husband of the applicant has been credited into the pension account of the applicant in two tranche. A copy of pension slips has also been supplied to the counsel for the applicant.

2. In view of the foregoing and since relief has already been extended to the applicant, this OA has become infructuous and the OA is dismissed as infructuous.

3. File be consigned to record. However, on verification, in case the applicant has any grievance in this regard, she is at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo.
