The Court: The petitioning creditor is represented. The matter hasappeared at the instance of the Department. Pursuant to an order dated 12June, 2007 a sum of Rs. 55,000 had been directed to be deposited with theRegistrar, Original Side. The said amount had been deposited by the companyon 10 June, 2007 with the Registrar, Original Side. However, there is nodirection for investing the same and the funds remain lying idle. In suchcircumstances, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to invest the said sum ofRs. 55,000 in any short term fixed deposit with any nationalized bank and keepthe same renewed until further orders of Court.

Significantly, neither of the parties nor their respective Advocates havebrought this fact to the attention of this Court.

Let this matter go out of the list.
