13.03.2026

1. None appears on behalf of the Applicant.

2. Respondents have placed on record a copy of Corr No 4, PPO No 237200500830 dt 09.04.2024 (Annexure R/12) and submits that the Applicant has been granted MACP-II (Havildar Grade) and arrears have been paid to the Applicant and, hence, nothing survives in this matter. Perusal of Corr PPO placed on record reveals that the Applicant has already been granted benefits of MACP-II. Therefore, the OA is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.

3. File be consigned to records.
