1. During the course of Virtual Hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jodhpur has passed an Interim Order in this matter and, hence, the matter is sub judice before the Hon’ble High Court. A copy of the aforesaid Interim Order passed in this matter staying the Order passed by this Tribunal has already been supplied to the counsel for the Applicant.
2. In view of the foregoing, we dispose off this Execution Application being rendered executable at this stage with a liberty to the applicant to file afresh on the basis of outcome of the aforesaid Writ Petition, if so desired.
3. File be consigned to record.
