1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw this Execution Application in view of Writ Petition filed by the Respondents against the Order passed by this Tribunal before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur which is pending for adjudication at present. Prayer is allowed.
2. In view of the foregoing, this Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, once the matter is finally decided by the Hon’ble High Court Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur, the applicant would be at liberty to file fresh Execution Application, if desired.
