ORDER
1. Office objections are waived at present. A regular number shall be given by the Registry to this Telecom Petition.
1. Looking to the contentious issues raised in this Telecom Petition, the same is Admitted.
3. Notice upon respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent accepts the notice and submits that this matter is similar to other matters which have already been argued and judgement is reserved. Nonetheless, learned counsel appearing for respondent is seeking time to f ile reply. Time to file reply is granted till 14.10.2026.
4. Meanwhile, we hereby stay the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned order which is at Annexure P-1 dated 02.09.2026 till next date of hearing.
